Here you will find my master’s thesis from Capital Bible Seminary, the title of which is The Soteriology of 2 Timothy 2:11-13.  My advisor was Jonathan Master, Ph.D. (University of Aberdeen), and my reader was James Davis, Ph.D. (Dallas Theological Seminary).  I received a grade of A+ and my thesis was given the Outstanding Thesis Award at CBS in 2009.  It has been subsequently published in the Journal of Dispensational Theology.

It is my hope that you find the following exegesis edifying and uplifting, whether it is for personal use or for students looking to add another source to their bibliography (been there!).  Please give credit where credit is due.

  1. Finally finished reading this. Thanks for posting, brother. It is good to sometimes read works that are outside of the context of one’s own personal theological tradition. Let us continue to endure that we may reign with Christ, not denying Him, but always relying on Him and His Word!
